Tia Castillo, Transaction Manager/Assistant

Tia has been a Transaction Manager/Broker Assistant since 2007, and relocated to Arizona from Bend, Oregon. She joined the King Team in May of 2021 and brings to The King Team an extensive background in administration, residential and Commercial property management, and real estate law office background. She is not new to the ReMax Family as she worked the last 6 years for ReMax Key Properties/The Buccola Brothers in Bend, Oregon before her move.
Tia handles all of the office coordination from transactions, marketing, and customer service with a emphasis with close communication and polished customer service skills. Tia and her son, Nickolas, relocated to Scottsdale to escape winter and her son will attend ASU this fall.
Tia is looking forward to exploring the outdoor amenities the desert has to offer.
